Jessica Makes an Unfinished Bisque Shelf...
Jessica Makes Pottery. But, Jessica isn't so great at finishing pottery. After 6 years of working and teaching at a pottery studio I have a lot of unfinished pottery. How much unfinished pottery? Well, 166 pieces of pottery to be precise. Which isn't really THAT much pottery. I just glazed 12 mugs yesterday and it only took me about an hour and a half. If it takes me less than 10 mins to glaze a mug, the rest of my glazing should take no time at all. What's the hold up on glazing the rest of these bad boys? I'm not sure. Maybe I get distracted by the next shiny idea, maybe I feel overwhelmed by the idea that every piece needs to be spectacular and unique. I'm not always great at finishing what I start, but I also really like finishing projects that I start. So that's how I got here.
